Juan Jose Rios started as an intern, answering phones, and writing down saludos, listening to the radio as a kid, he had his own favorite on air DJ, and he knew he wanted to become one just like the guy on the radio. He started training himself by pranking his family members on the phone during their lunch breaks as a Kid. With a huge persistence to learn he quickly had his own show and later working with that one DJ he’s so long listened to on the radio. He Has been doing Radio ever since and has been on more than 15 Radio stations at One Time in his 3 decades Of Radio. He also learned all the inner workings of Radio, production, programming and building his craft. In the state of Florida he was on a Mainstream regional Mexican stations and with the love of Tejano music He forced them to give him his own show, so he can show them that Tejano Music was and is a force to be reckoned with and they agreed. Granting him his own show weekly. He’s also a mobile DJ and has DJ’d many big events. Now as a member at Q 99.5. He brings his own brass of high-energy to San Angelo, Texas and hopes to put smiles to all of those who listen Keeping Tejano Music Alive!
